At SpotOn Fence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
